The Educational Awareness Thoughts for the Community in 'Kaavithooral' Anthology of Malaysian Traditional Poetry

‘கவித்தூறல்’ மலேசிய மரபு கவிதைத் தொகுப்பில் காணப்படும் சமூகத்திற்கான கல்விசார் விழிப்புணர்வுப் பதிவுகள்

Abstract

மனித சமுதாயத்தின் வளர்ச்சியின் அடித்தளமாக அமைந்து நன்மை தீமைகளை அறிந்து நடக்கவும் தாம் கொண்ட அறிவைப் பிறருக்குப் பகிரவும் கல்வியானது துணைப்புரிகின்றது. இவ்வாய்வுக் கட்டுரை ‘கவித்தூறல்’ எனும் மலேசியத் தமிழ்க்கவிதைத் தொகுப்பில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ள 136 கவிஞர்களின் கவிதைகளுள் கல்விசார்ந்த விழிப்புணர்வைச் சமுதாயத்திற்குப் புலப்படுத்தும் கவிதைகளைக் கண்டறிந்து ஆராய்வதே இக்கட்டுரையின் நோக்கமாகும். இந்நூலில் இடம்பெற்ற அனைத்துக் கவிதைகளும் ஆய்விற்குப் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டது. இந்நூலில் பாடப்பட்ட கவிதைகளில் பதின்மூன்று கவிதைகள் தமிழச் சமூகத்தினரிடையே காணப்படும் கல்விசார் விழிப்புணர்வை கொண்டுள்ளது. கல்விக்குத் மலேசியத் தமிழச் சமுதாயம் வழங்கிய முக்கியத்துவம், மலேசியத் தமிழ்ப்பள்ளிகளின் நிலையும் விழிப்புணர்வும் தாய்மொழிக் கல்வியின் அவசியம் என இக்கட்டுரையில் பகுப்பாய்வு செய்து ஆய்வுக் கண்டு பிடிப்புகள் ஆராயப்பட்டன. மலேசியத் தமிழ்க்கவிதைகளில் சமூகத்திற்கான கல்விசார் விழிப்புணர்வுப் பதிவுகள் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளதும் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Education serves as the foundation for the development of human society, helping individuals distinguish between good and bad and share their knowledge with others. This research article aims to identify and analyze poems that raise educational awareness within the community, from the anthology "Kavithooral," which features 136 poets from the Malaysian Tamil community. All the poems in this anthology were utilized for this study. Thirteen of the poems specifically highlight educational awareness among the Tamil community. The article examines the importance placed on education by the Malaysian Tamil community, the status and awareness of Malaysian Tamil schools, and the necessity of mother-tongue education. The study reveals the presence of educational awareness themes in Malaysian Tamil poetry aimed at benefiting society.
