திருவள்ளுவர் பார்வையில் பெண்கள்

Abstract

பதினெண் கீழ்க்கணக்கு நூல்களில் திருக்குறள் முக்கிய நூலாகக் கருதப்படுகின்றது. மனிதர்கள் தங்கள் அகவாழ்வில் முகமாகக் கூடி வாழவும், புற வாழ்விலும் இன்பமுடனும், இசைவுடனும், நலமுடனும் வாழவும் தேவையான அடிப்படைப் பண்புகளைத் திருக்குறள் எடுத்தியம்புகிறது. இத்தகைய சிறப்புடைய நூலை எழுதியவர் திருவள்ளுவர் ஆவார். பெண்கள் பண்டைய காலம் தொடங்கி இன்றைய தற்காலம் வரை போற்றப்பட்டு வருகின்றனர். ஆக, திருக்குறளை எழுதிய திருவள்ளுவரின் பார்வையில் பெண்கள் எவ்வாறு இருந்துள்ளனர் என்பதைக் கண்டறிந்து விளக்குவதே, இவ்வாய்வின் முக்கிய நோக்கமாகும். இவ்வாய்வுப் பண்புசார் அணுகுமுறையில்  மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாய்வுக்கான தரவுகள் யாவும் நூலக ஆய்வு அணுகுமுறையில் கையாளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வகை, நூலக ஆய்விற்கு ஏற்புடைய நூல்கள், ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள் பயன்படுத்தி விளக்கவியல் அணுகுமுறையில்  இவ்வாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆராயப்பட்ட, தரவுகளை ஆய்வு நோக்கத்திற்கு ஏற்ப வகைபடுத்தி, பத்தி (Text analysis) முறையில் பகுத்தாயப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Thirukkural is considered to be the most important book among the Pathinen Keezhkanakku Books. Thirukkural embodies the basic qualities necessary for human beings to live harmoniously in their inner lives and to live with pleasure, harmony and well-being in their outer lives. Thiruvalluvar is the author of such a special book. Women have been admired since ancient times till today. Thus, the main objective of this study is to find out and explain how women were from the point of view of Tiruvalluvar written by Thirukkural. This review has been carried out in qualitative approach. All the data for this review were handled in a library approach. In this way, this research has been carried out in a descriptive approach using books and research articles suitable for library research. The researched data has been classified according to the purpose of the study and analyzed in the text analysis method.
