Nature based impressions in 'Vinnamudham' poetry collection

விண்ணமுதம் கவிதைத் தொகுப்பில் இயற்கைச் சார்ந்த பதிவுகள்

Abstract

விண்ணமுதம் கவிதைத் தொகுப்பில் காணப்படும் இயற்கைச் சார்ந்த பதிவுகளை ஆராய்வதே இந்த ஆய்வின் முதன்மை நோக்கமாகும். விண்ணமுதம் எனும் மரபுகவிதைத் தொகுப்பில் மொத்தம் 101 தமிழ்க் கவிதைகள் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன. அதில் இயற்கை குறித்துச் சுமார் ஒன்பது கவிதைகள் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன. இந்த ஆய்வு பண்புசார் அணுகுமுறையில் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதோடு, இந்த ஆய்வில் நூலாய்வு எனும் அணுகுமுறையும் கையாளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த ஆய்விற்கு விண்ணமுதம் எனும் தமிழ்க் கவிதைத் தொகுப்பே முதல் நிலை தரவாகப் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.  கவிதைகளில் இயற்கை எனும் கருப்பொருள் கவிஞரால் பல இடங்களில் வெளிக்காட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஒவ்வொரு இடத்திலும் இயற்கைக்குரிய சிறப்பை  அறிய முடிகிறது. அவ்வகையில் இவ்வாய்வின் வழி, இளைய தலைமுறையினர் மரபுகவிதைகளில் வருணிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் இயற்கைக்கும் தற்காலத்தில் மனிதர்கள் காத்து வரும் இயற்கைக்கும் உள்ள தொடர்பினையும் வேறுபாட்டையும் அறிந்து கொள்ள ஒரு தளமாக அமைந்துள்ளது. இந்த ஆய்வு விண்ணமுதம் எனும் தமிழ்க் கவிதைத் தொகுப்பில் இடம்பெற்றிருக்கும் இயற்கை குறித்து ஆய்வு செய்யப்படும் முதல் கட்டுரை என்று ஆய்வாளர் உறுதி செய்கின்றார்.

The primary objective of this study is to look at the nature found in the traditional poetry collection Vinnamudham. A total of 101 Tamil poems are included in this collection of traditional poems called Vinnamudham. It contains about nine poems on nature. Through these poems it can be known that the poet has expressed his view of nature. This study is designed in qualitative approach. In addition, the literature review approach has also been used in this study. For this study, the Tamil poetry collection Vinnamudham has been used as primary data. In these poems the theme of nature has been brought out by the poet at many places. The natural beauty of each place can be known through this study. Thus, the way of this study is a platform for the younger generation to know the connection and difference between the nature described in the traditional poems and the nature preserved by humans nowadays. The researcher asserts that this study is the first essay to examine nature in the Tamil poetry collection Vinnamudam.
