A View on Tamilism in The Collection of Traditional Poems Poontazhal

Abstract

பூந்தழல் எனும் மரபு கவிதைத் தொகுப்பில் காணப்படும் தமிழ்ப்பற்றுக் குறித்ததொரு பார்வை கண்டறிவதே, இந்த ஆய்வின் நோக்கமாகும். இந்தப் பூந்தழல் எனும் மரபு கவிதைத் தொகுப்பில் மொழி  குறித்துச் சுமார் 18 கவிதைகள் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன. கவிஞர் தமிழ்ப்பற்றை உணர்த்தும் வகையில் கவிதைகளைப் படைத்துள்ளார் என்பதை நன்கு அறிய முடிகின்றது. இந்த ஆய்வு பண்புசார் அணுகுமுறையில் கையாளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த ஆய்விற்குப் பூந்தழல் மரபு கவிதைத் தொகுப்பே முதல் நிலை தரவாகப் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்தக் கவிதைகளில் தமிழ்ப்பற்றையும் சிறப்பையும் மிகவும் அழகாகவும் செம்மையாகவும் கவிஞரால் பல இடங்களில் எழுதப்பட்டுள்ளது. கவிஞர் பல இடத்தில் தமிழ்ப்பற்றை உணர்த்தும் வண்ணம் கவிதை புனைந்துள்ளார் என்பதை இந்த ஆய்வின் மூலம் அறிய முடிகிறது.

The aim of this study is to find a view of the Tamil influence found in the collection of traditional poetry Poontzhal. There are about 18 poems on language in this collection of traditional poetry called Poontzhal. It is well known that the poet has composed poems to express the Tamil language. This study has been handled in qualitative approach. For this study, Poontzhal traditional poetry collection has been used as primary data. In these poems, the Tamil language and excellence are very beautifully and elegantly written by the poet in many places. Through this study, it is possible to know that the poet has composed poems in many places to convey the feeling of Tamilness.
