A View on the specialism of Tamil Langguage in the Tamil Poetic Book Ponthazhal

Abstract

பூந்தழல் கவிதைத் தொகுப்பில் தமிழ் மொழியின் சிறப்புக் குறித்தொரு பார்வையே இந்த ஆய்வின் நோக்கமாகும். இந்தப் பூந்தழல் எனும் கவிதைத்தொகுப்பில் மொழி குறித்து சுமார் 18 கவிதைகள் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது. இந்த ஆய்வு பண்புசார் அணுகுமுறையில் கையாளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த ஆய்விற்குப் பூந்தழல் மரபு கவிதைத் தொகுப்பே முதல் நிலை தரவாகப் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்தக் கவிதைகளில் தமிழ்மொழியின் சிறப்புகள் கவிஞரால் பல இடங்களில் வெளிபடுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன. ஒவ்வொரு இடத்திலும் தமிழ்மொழிக்குரிய சிறப்பை இந்த ஆய்வின் மூலம் அறிய முடிகிறது.

The purpose of this study is to have a look at the speciality of the Tamil language in today’s time as seen in the collection of traditional poetry Poontazhal. About 18 poems about language are featured in this collection of traditional poetry called Poontazhal. It can be seen that the poet has also featured the excellence of the Tamil language in his words. This study has been handled in qualitative approach. For this study, Poontazhal traditional poetry collection has been used as primary data. In these poems, the excellence of Tamil language has been expressed by the poet at many places. Through this study we can know the excellence of Tamil language in every place.
