Abstract

சங்க இலக்கியமானது பண்டைய தமிழ் நாகரிகம், மொழிச்  சிறப்பு முதலானவற்றை அறிய விரும்புவோருக்குச் சான்றாகவும், செய்தி ஊற்றாகவும் அமைகிறது. இப்பின்புலத்திலேயே தமிழ் இலக்கியத் திறனாய்வுக் கோட்பாட்டை மேலை நாட்டறிஞர்களின்  வரவு உண்த்தியது. இருபதாம் நூற்றாண்டில் இலக்கியக் கொள்கைகள், கோட்பாடுகள் என்ற புதிய சிந்தனைகள் தோன்றின. தமிழாராய்ச்சி வளர்ச்சியில் தமிழியல் ஆய்வுகள் இருபத்தியோராம் நூற்றாண்டில் பல்வேறு பரிமாணங்களைப் பெற்று வருகிறது. அத்தகைய பரிமாணங்களில் ஒன்று தான் உளவியல். உளவியல் என்பது  வாழும் உயிரினங்களின் நடத்தையைப் பற்றி அறியும் நமது முயற்சி. குறிப்பாகத் தம்மை தாமே அறியும் தனிப்பட்ட தேடுதல். தமது உணர்வுகள், எண்ணங்கள், செய்யும் செயல்களுடன் தொடர்புடையது உளவியல். இது நடத்தையைப் பற்றிய அறிவியல். நடத்தையின் வகைகளைப் பற்றி ஆய்வது. தன்னளவில் முரண்பாடுகள் அற்ற ஒத்திசைவும் சமூக அளவில் நல்லுறவான இணக்கமும் உளநலத்தின் இருபெரும் கூறுகள். இவற்றில் ஏதேனுமொன்றில் குறைவு ஏற்பட்டாலும் உள்ள முறிவு, உள்ளப்போராட்டம், உள்ள இறுக்கம் ஆகிய உணர்வுநிலைகள் ஏற்படுகின்றன. முழுக்க முழுக்கத் தன்னுணர்ச்சிப் பாடல்களாக மட்டுமே அமைந்துள்ள நமது தொல் இலக்கியங்களான சங்க இலக்கியங்களில் இத்தகு உணர்வு நிலைகளைப் பரவலாகக் காணமுடியும். சங்க இலக்கியங்கள் குறித்த பல்வேறு ஆய்வுகள் நிகழ்ந்து வருகின்ற இக்காலகட்டத்தில் சங்க இலக்கிய பாடல்களை உளவியல் நோக்கில் அணுகுதல் என்பது அவசியமானதொன்று. சங்கக் கவிதைகளை உளவியல் நோக்கில் பார்க்கும் அணுகுமுறை ஏற்கனவே தமிழில் அறிமுகம் செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தாலும் இன்னும் கூர்மையாக்கப்படவில்லை. உளவியல் என்பது இன்று ஒரு பெரும் அறிவுத்துறையாக வளர்ச்சி கண்டுள்ளது. இத்துறையானது பத்தொன்பதாம் நூற்றாண்டுக்குப் பின்னர்தான் பிரசித்தம் பெற்றது.

Sangha literature is a source of information and evidence for those who want to know about the ancient Tamil civilization, language, etc.  In the twentieth century, new ideas called literary principles and theories appeared. In the development of Tamil research, Tamil studies are gaining various dimensions in the twenty-first century. One such dimension is psychology. Credit psychology is our attempt to learn about the behaviour of living beings, especially the individual quest for self-knowledge. Psychology is the science of behaviour that deals with our feelings, thoughts, and actions. Self-contradiction-free harmony and social harmony are the two major components of psychological well-being; however, when there is a deficiency in any of these, emotional states such as internal conflict, and internal tension occur. Such emotional states are widespread in our old literature, the Sangam literature, which is almost exclusively self-conscious songs. At this time when various studies on Sangha literature are happening, it is necessary to approach the Sangha literary songs from a psychological point of view. Although the approach of looking at the Sangha poems from a psychological point of view has already been introduced in Tamil, it has not been developed yet. Many of the theories and ideologies presented by pioneers such as psychologists Freud Jung Lacan in relation to art literature are still lagging behind in this point of view.  Psychology has grown into a major field of knowledge today.  This field gained prominence only after the nineteenth century.  However, psychological thoughts have been established among the Sanghatamizh, which can be known by studying the ancient texts.  This study aims to investigate what kind of psychological thinking has been prevalent in the expression of feelings, social values and knowledge level through Sangha internal literature, based on descriptive method.  It is also based on psychological principles.
