விடுதலைக்கு முந்திய சிங்கப்பூர்த் தமிழ் மரபுகவிதைகளில் பல்துறைப்பார்வை

Abstract

சிங்கப்பூர்த்  தமிழ்க்கவிதை வரலாற்றின் தொடக்கமே மரபுகவிதை வடிவில்தான் அமைகிறது என்று உறுதிபடக் கூறலாம்.  இக்கவிதை மரபில் நாட்டார் மரபு,  இலக்கிய மரபு என்னும்  இருபெரு வழக்குகள் இடம்பெறுகின்றன. இன்னும்  விளக்கமாகச் சொல்வதாயின்  விடுதலைக்கு முந்திய சிங்கப்பூர்க் கவிதைப்படைப்புகளில்  ஏட்டில் எழுதா வாய்மொழி மரபும் , ஏட்டில் எழுதும்  யாப்பியல் மரபும் அல்லது  யாப்பிலக்கண மரபும் அமைந்துள்ளன. முத்துக்கருப்பன் செட்டியார், சி.ந. சதாசிவப் பண்டிதர், ந.பழனிவேலு ஆகிய மூன்று பாவலர்களின்  படைப்புகள் ஆய்வுக்கு ஏடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்படுகின்றன.  இப்படைப்புகளில் பாவலர்களின்    பல்துறைப் பார்வைகள் பளிச்சிடுகின்றன. சமூகவியல் பார்வை, அரசியல் பார்வை,அறவியல் பார்வை , கல்வியியல் பார்வை , வரலாற்றுப் பார்வை முதலிய பல்வேறு அணுகுமுறைகளை இப்படைப்புகளில்  பொருத்திப்பார்க்க முடியும். மேலும் ஒப்பியல் அணுகுமுறையின் அடிப்படையில்  படைப்பாளிகளையும் அவர்தம் படைப்புகளையும் ஒப்பிட்டும் இக்கட்டுரை எழுதப்படுகின்றது.

This research paper confirms that the history of Tamil poem in Singapore begins with Traditional form of poetry itself. This poetical tradition consists of two major traditions namely folk tradition and prosodic tradition.  This paper analyses the poetical works of the Pioneer poet Muthukaruppan Chettiar, SriLankan poet C.N. Sadhasiva Pandit and N. Pazhanivelu. This paper also applies various perspectives such as sociological, political, ethical, educational and historical perspective with the poetical works of the above. Poets. Comparative study had been conducted among the poetical works of the three poets.
