Abstract

இவ்வாய்வின் முதன்மை நோக்கம் பழமொழி நானூறில் காணக்கிடக்கும் விழிமியங்களை ஆராய்வதாகும். இவ்வாய்வு பண்புசார் அணுகுமுறையில் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாய்வில் நூலாய்வு அணுகுமுறை கையாளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாய்வில் கொடை, இன்சொல், ஊரோடு ஒத்து வாழ்தல், புறங்கூறாமை, பெரியோரின் பெருமை ஆகிய தலைப்புகளில் ஆராயப்பட்டுள்ளன. இவ்வாய்வின் வழி, பழமொழி நானூறில் காணப்படும் விழுமியங்களைஅறிந்துகொள்ள வாய்ப்பாக அமைந்துள்ளது. இவ்வாய்வு பழமொழி நானூறு உணர்த்தும் விழுமியங்களை ஆய்வு செய்யும் முதல் கட்டுரை என்பதை ஆய்வாளர் உறுதி செய்கின்றார்.

The major objective of the research is to explore the values in the Palamozhi Nanuru text. This research is designed in a qualitative approach. The library work is used for this study. In this study, the topics of gifts, insolence, living in harmony with the village, unspoken ness and pride of elders have been investigated. This study is useful in teaching the younger generation about the values in the Palamozhi Nanuru text. The research claims to be the first such attempt to do a study regarding the values in the Palamozhi Nanuru text.
